I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness was impressive and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the location was prime, with easy access to transportation and parking, making it a perfect place to stay.

We had a lovely romantic escape in the mountains, surrounded by nature. The facilities were fantastic, with a new and very comfortable sauna and pool house. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impressive, with cleaning ladies coming daily. The staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive to our requests.
We were disappointed to find out that the hotel did not accept credit cards as advertised, which caused some hassle for us. Additionally, the road leading up to the hotel was not in great shape and could be difficult to drive on. However, those minor concerns were balanced out by the amazing facilities and friendly staff that made our stay unforgettable.

Spent Easter weekend in the Carpathians and the mountain air was so refreshing. The best part of the experience was the picturesque view right from our room window. The spa facilities were also great, especially the heated pool and sauna. It was nice to be able to unwind and relax while enjoying the mountains.
It was a bit of a hassle to get to the hotel since the roads leading to it were in poor condition. Another problem was the lack of towels and toiletries in the room.

The hotel is situated in a charming village, surrounded by beautiful nature. Guests can enjoy the sauna, massage, mineral water spring, and the outdoor barbecue area. the apartments are spacious and well-maintained with daily cleaning services. Some rooms have scenic views from the balcony. the staff is friendly and attentive, making sure guests have a comfortable stay.
The breakfast could be improved to offer more variety.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at Oasis Karpat in Polyana. The staff was kind and attentive, making our family feel welcomed. The cuisine was delicious and suited for families with kids. The location in nature was beautiful and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The new sauna and pool house were a highlight, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby village and market. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
For us, it was ideal.
